What makes training count
- Mood: +15% above 70, −20% below 30.
- Food: below 20, gains drop by 30%.
- Conditioning coach: hire one and every session gives 12% more.
- Mini games: playing the heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope and pad work well raises the gain.
A simple weekly plan
Each day, do one power session, one speed or technique session and one stamina session. Pad work is once a day and builds the most Technique, so don’t skip it. Sleep well and eat breakfast.
The week before a bout there’s a camp: your coach sets three goals, gives you a game plan and picks a drill for the opponent. Details on the Career page.
