Create your fighter
Pick a male or female boxer, a name and where they’re from: there are more than 190 countries to choose from. Then skin, hair, beard, height and weight. Height and weight aren’t just looks:
- Tall (186 cm and up): long reach, so jabs and crosses land more at range.
- Short (168 cm and under): short and compact, more damage up close.
- Weight sets your division: nine of them, from flyweight to heavyweight.

Pick an origin story
All three start in the same neighbourhood, but they catch you at a different moment. Each comes with a small edge.
| Story | What happens | Starting edge |
|---|---|---|
| The Return | Your family left the neighbourhood years ago. You’re back with one suitcase, to prove to your father you can be a boxer in one season. | Starting cash +500 ₺ · Weekly support and parcels from home |
| The Shakedown | One-Eye Tayfun’s men came to force Uncle Hüsnü to sign his shop over to Betonya. You stepped in, took a beating, and didn’t back down. | Chin +2 · Close to Uncle Hüsnü · Nemesis: One-Eye Tayfun |
| The Keepsake | Master Sabri, the neighbourhood’s old champion, leaves you his gloves on his deathbed, and a secret from 1979. | Technique +2 · Sabri’s gloves · A 1979 ticket |
The four meters
- Health: this is also your health in the ring. Don’t walk in battered; the hospital and the physio patch you up.
- Energy: training and work use it, sleep refills it.
- Food: eat to fill it. Training hungry is training at half power: below 20 food your gains drop.
- Mood: above 70 mood you get 15% more from training; below 30 you get 20% less.
Your first week
- Go to the Iron Fist Boxing Club and talk to Coach Cemil.
- Do a training session. Heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope… In the ones with a mini game, the better you play the more you gain.
- Spar with Mert in the afternoon. You need to beat him to get Coach Cemil’s nod.
- Get an athlete’s medical at the State Hospital.
- Get your licence at the Shipyard Arena sign-up desk (300 ₺).
- Sign up for the qualifier and win it. Now you’re a licensed boxer.
The hint bar at the bottom of the screen always shows your next step. Pin a side quest and its next step shows there too.
Rent and your first money
Rent is due at the start of every week: 1,300 ₺ on the west side. Early on, the easiest money is at Kerem’s Döner and the cargo depot. All jobs and their hours are in Money and work.
